Licensed Real Estate Assistant

This growing Minneapolis office is seeking a detail oriented and Real Estate Assistant, who should be licensed in real estate in the state of Minnesota. Utilizing your skills and talents, you will ensure that our clients have a great customer experience while in our office, help keep our sales department organized, get appropriate sale documents signed, while keeping our clients fully up to date on the status of their sale.
Coordinate closings with clients in our client's Minneapolis office.
Greet clients when they arrive to the office, taking them to the appropriate meeting room for closing.
Ensure all files are fully up to date with all required paperwork and forms.
Follow up with Real Estate Acquisition Managers (AMs) to help them get paperwork, pictures, and strategies completed and in the appropriate Dropbox files.
Prepare folders and Dropbox files for the Deal Review Committee.
Send out purchase agreements and other documents for signatures.
Get appropriate title documents signed with clients while keeping them updated on their sale.
Obtain additional property info as needed.
Manage the AM resource room to ensure all needed supplies are available.
Oversee special projects as assigned by the VP of Acquisitions.
Locate/Organize company events and functions locally that the company might attend.
Back up the Lead Manager as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Active Minnesota Real Estate license.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years Real Estate experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
