$40,000 - $45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Support real estate agents in the maintenance, documentation and follow-up of all escrow related paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness Efficiently complete all office duties as assigned to ensure client satisfaction Continuously improving operations systems, processes and policies in support of our Teams' MissionCoordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as neededAssist in preparation of real estate contract documents and complete management of the transaction pipeline, including the preparation of all listingsOversee all aspects of sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreementOversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closingManage client database management program and systemOversee all aspects of the administration of our Team's businessVendor and client communication before, during and after transactionsDevelopment and implementation of marketing plansData entry in CRM and other internal systemsComplete management of contractual datesFamiliarity with technology and willingness to learn the following: CTMeContracts, Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, CRM SystemsQualifications:Motivation to provide excellent customer service and experience Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately Knowledge and background in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles and Mortgages preferred Can handle difficult situations and customers with grace Looking for a secure, supporting role with a leading company in Colorado SpringsMinimum of 2 years of office administrative experience is requiredExcellent written and oral communication skillsProfessional appearance and presentation in-person, on the phone, and in writingUtmost attention to detailProficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OutlookDemonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customersReliable car, driver’s license and current insuranceAbout Company
