Real Estate CloserMountain West Bank Coeur D Alene, ID, United States Share: Apply About the Role Mountain West Bank is looking for a motivated document Post Closer for our Coeur d'Alene, ID Real Estate department. This position carries out duties pertaining to the shipping of residential loan files. Ensures all files are being shipped, purchased and insured on time and completed accurately for each Investor. The person in this position must be client focused, hold confidentiality in the highest regard, have a technical capacity, be thorough and communicate proficiently. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Complete MERS registration online, board loan on to JHA timely after loan funding + Complete check backs for all file maintenance + Complete the write up and package for specified investor using check lists & investor forms, obtain endorsement on notes and create required letters and complete all insurance and Goodbye letters, review loan documents for accuracy and completeness making needed corrections and following up on any additional documentation required + Copy or scan file documents for each Investor, Stack/sort/organize or upload file for the specific Investor + Upload appraisal logging and order MIC + Ensure VA and USDA loans and acquire Guaranty Certificates + Monitor and fulfill investor suspense timely to ensure purchase of loan + Complete the labels for delivery of files and ship required documents before due date, document when files are shipped and monitor for delivery. Track & follow up on any missing documents for all files shipped + Copy and create case binder and/or funding package on government loans and complete the online delivery process where necessary; + Receive and document purchase advice and reconcile funds received for all sold loans + Follow up on trailing docs; recorded Deeds, final title policies, MIC's, Loan Guaranty Certificates + Create and/or update Investor write up forms, review the Investor write up and file packaging for each file; + Roll "All-in-One" loans + Respond to all questions, inquiries, problems in a helpful, professional, courteous manner, referring more complex problems and situations to the supervisor. + Keep track of and perform follow-up on all loan documentation that has not been received by the investor. Ensure that missing documents are shipped to the investor in a timely manner. + Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control About You QUALIFICATIONS: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 2 years clerical experience in real estate or related field + Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills. + Strong analytical skills + Strong attention to detail KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: + Good knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional procedures + Proficiency in Ellie Mae Encompass Software and the ability to learn additional computer applications WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level.
