This sales support position provides dedicated administrative support in a Financial office. The position requires frequent client contact, typically by telephone, but also in-person, by correspondence, and by email. This position may offer a great opportunity for advancement.
On a day to day basis, this position will handle the limited needs of our group of Financial Advisors and their clients. Routine tasks include processing client deposits, ordering of all supplies, maintaining client files, coordinating vendor and client events, scheduling of client appointments and various other tasks as needed. For established clients, the Receptionist will often be the most frequent point of contact with the firm, handling routine inquiries and resolving minor problems. Having such frequent contact makes the Receptionist a key contributor to client satisfaction and client retention.
Candidates must be highly organized and have superior communication skills, both oral and written. Good problem solving skills are a must. The ability and motivation to rapidly acquire knowledge about products, procedures, regulations, and policies is required. Familiarity and skill with common computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is expected. The position also requires well-developed self-management, social, and communication skills to deal positively and constructively with clients and other employees in stressful situations. Strong attention to organization, detail, and effective use of time is also required. Candidates should have a professional, clean, and neat appearance suitable for a high end business office. Full time position - will also provide benefits.
Hours: 8:30a - 4:30p Monday - Friday
Compensation range: $12 - $14 hourly
