We are searching for a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Receptionist on our fast-paced, growing team.
This full-time/part-time position will assist the office staff in various office duties that are critical to the operation of the company. This individual will need to be an organized and efficient person who is a team player.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen and transfer to the appropriate staff
- Greet incoming visitors, vendors and contractors
- Sort and send company mail
- Maintain an orderly filing system
- Order office supplies
- Assist in special projects as necessary
- 3+ years of experience in an office environment
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
