About the Job
Top-tier international firm seeks receptionist with administrative assistant skills and general guest services support skills for its Menlo Park office. Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience managing busy corporate phone lines. This position requires a tech savvy candidate and a four year degree is desired but not required. Receptionist will assist with projects requiring MS Office Suite skills and firm will be testing candidates to ensure skill level matches requirements. Responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, greeting clients and guests, facilities support, and mail handling.
