Job Title: Receptionist and Customer Service Representative

Will be responsible for face to face contact and inquires with all clients and guest who walk into the Bank.
Provides information to clients and guests on behalf of the Bank. Will assist clients and visitors who come in for appointments with bank officers or other staff. Will greet and assist them until the appointment takes place.
Will be responsible for the reception and lobbies of the Bank. Will answer the main switchboard and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate Bank personnel. Will upkeep and replenish the refreshments and maintain control of usage for inventory purposes.
Will be responsible for assisting Bank executive management with office duties
Will be accountable for picking up, sorting, distributing mail, supplies, and other deliveries.
Will assist loan customers with inquires and processing loan payment.
Will assist in daily operational duties including scanning work, input maintenance review, and printing reports and notices.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Requires sitting, telephone conversations, use of electronic mail, writing letters and memos, face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams, and requires contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise),
Must be able to handle conflict management, requires dealing with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous people, and requires making decisions that impact the results of co-workers, clients or the bank.
Requires making decisions that affect other people, the financial resources, and/or the image and reputation of the organization. Will work with spreadsheets, internet, Microsoft Office Software, bank processing systems, and other bank specific software.
Will need to have skills in organizing, planning, and prioritizing work, as well as evaluating information to determine compliance with banking standards.
