NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking a Receptionist in the Detroit, MI Office
The Receptionist makes the first impression to all people coming to the office and contacting team members by phone.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
•Answer incoming calls (within 3 rings) and route accordingly. Set up conference calls on our phone line.
•Greet visitors and notify appropriate staff of arrival and take coats.
•Stuff envelopes, open, sort, stamp, and distribute mail in designated mailboxes within 1 hour of arrival.
•Sort faxes and notify staff of incoming faxes via voicemail.
•Sort, weigh, and stamp outgoing mail. This should be done throughout day instead of in large amounts to ensure minimal time away from desk.
•Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary. This should be done on an ongoing basis using the office supply checklist.
•Maintain inventory of kitchen and restroom supplies and replenish as necessary. This should be done on an ongoing basis using the office supply checklist.
•Commitment Register maintenance as needed by Project Managers.
•Clear lien waivers as required by Accounting Department and run lien waiver reports.
•Update general liability and workman's compensation of vendors as required by Accounting Department.
•Data entry of vendor identification numbers as required by Accounting Department.
•Maintain neatness and order of the equipment/copy room. This should be done throughout the day to ensure minimal time away from desk.
•Manage service of all overnight couriers (i.e., Federal Express, Airborne, Bonnie Speed) and troubleshoot with staff to ensure they are using the best method of delivery.
•Manage service of copy machine, fax machine, and postage machine in equipment/copy room. If problems arise, call the designated service department for prompt servicing.
•Type cover letter for the change orders, PO's, and contract agreements
•Make PO changes and do change orders as needed for the Construction Administrative Assistant.
•Set up conference rooms for meetings.
•Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a receptionist in a fast paced business setting
Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer, fax, copy machine, mail postage machine and Microsoft Office
