-Responsible for incoming calls, transferring calls or records and conveys messages.
-Greets and directs visitors to the company
-Produces visitor security badges and follows all visitor security procedures.
-Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
-Assists with the coordination of the recognition and service award programs for all associates.
-Participates on the Employee Activity Committee. Together with the committee, plans and coordinates all employee related activities and events.
-Administers the security badge program for all associates.
-Assists with the maintenance of employee information on our company-wide intranet.
-Assist with a variety of Human Resource functions.
-Performs other duties as assigned
