Duration: 6+ months
Location: San Francisco, CA
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
Pay Rate: based on experience
Position Overview: Sourcer/Recruiter with demonstrated ability in usage of social media to target passive and semi-active candidates, managing our external talent pipeline, and leading our overall recruiting efforts.
Building external candidate pipelines for revenue generating roles
Actively managing our requisitions (cradle to grave)
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in a recruiting/sourcing role
Discretion with handling confidential information
Self-starter someone who can hit the ground running and show immediate value within our organization
Strong project management skills ability to juggle multiple requisitions and projects, executing tasks on time and at or exceeding quality
Prior experience with Taleo preferred
Accuracy and attention-to-detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and customer focused
Self-motivated individual always seeking to improve upon the process
