Your work will include, but not be limited to:
•This is a temporary role, with the possibility of going long-term/permanent
•Provide support to our experienced and campus recruiting teams
•Posting career opportunities on various job boards
•Maintenance and reporting using our ATS/HRIS system
•Scheduling/coordinating candidate interviews and travel
•Payment authorizations and invoicing
•Administer and review background checks
•Serve as a back-up for other HR Coordinators
•Associates degree in Human Resources or other related business field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator. Experience as a recruiter or in a professional services firm preferred.
•Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook).
•Demonstrated skill for attention to detail and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
