Recruiting – Recruiting Manager
7 plus years full life cycle recruiting experience in either large, complex organizations and/ or government consulting required
4 plus years' experience managing high volume staffing requirements
4 plus years managing high performing recruiting team
Required experience supporting large volumes of staffing requirements within a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and relationship management skills required
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment; ability to lead and manage a team in a virtual environment required
Required experience; customer focused and proactive; superb client management skills, able to establish early credibility and trust
Experienced with and strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems as well and HRIS proficiency
Exceptional organizational and project/process management skills; comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding environment
Experience with process improvement tools and recruitment metrics
BS degree required
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team of recruiting professionals to ensure current and future business hiring needs are met in a timely, effective and cost-efficient manner
Manage a substantial department requisition load. Responsible for the entire recruiting and placement lifecycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and successful placement of signed candidates.
Manage individual requisition load, responsible for directly recruiting for a variety of roles to include strategic hires, indirect corporate roles, pre-proposal and bid opportunities, and direct project roles in focus areas of information technology, business process management, and clinical sourcing.
Serve as a coach and mentor for recruiting team around recruitment activities and client partnership. Develop and communicate goals and objectives and manage to establish KPIs.
Lead weekly internal recruiting meetings structured to update hiring managers on status of open roles. Report weekly on metrics and create action plans to innovatively
Assist with development and implementation of recruitment marketing and brand strategies.
Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to meet recruiting needs and identify challenges
Build credibility and establish trust with clients by identifying client needs and proactively providing appropriate and timely recruitment solutions
Remain engaged and aware of evolving business priorities and continuously recommend changes to recruiting
