The company has been present in the U.S. for 12 years with sales and account management being handled from Denmark, which has produced results of approximately 300 customers. Due to the great potential to further grow the company in the U.S., a sales office was established in Chicago, Illinois about a year ago. YER has been retained to assist NGI in hiring additional Regional Sales Managers for the U.S team.
NGI´s products are carefully specified and designed to comply with the various hygienic demands that apply in Europe and the USA. NGI is the only supplier of 3A/USDA accepted machine feet for Dairy, Meat, and Poultry. Their know-how in vulcanization and FDA approved rubber types, enables them to create hygienic quality solutions and meet the high sanitary requirements in the food and pharmaceutical industries. NGI also supplies machine feet to the packaging and transport industries. To sustain and further develop the global leadership position, NGI each year has invested 15% of the profit in continuous R&D and product development. This strategy has resulted in international patent protection on all crucial technologies.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Most of the job is creating new sales in MN, IA, IL, and WI. The job requires a proven ability to prospect and progress with customers, including successful business-to-business sales and some Account Management. Experience and networks from related industries is needed. In order to be successful, you should have the proven ability to analyze potential customers and approach these over the phone. You need to work systematically, document your activities in CRM tools, follow-up, and close the deal. While working for NGI, you deal with a superior product. As long as you do your research and approach the right type of customers in a professional way, you will generate sales!
The role is based from a home office or the corporate office in Chicago and the job entails approximately 20% travel within the assigned territory. You will be given established accounts in the territory and be responsible for growing further sales. To be successful you need to be self-driven and have an entrepreneurial spirit!
