Are you a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with plastics and molding experience? Progressive Components has an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible to maintain and develop the west coast territory. The preferred but not required home based location would be in the west coast region.
The Regional Sales Manager will be managing sales by servicing existing accounts and targeting new prospects. You will be responsible for managing and developing a territory that provides a growth plan consistent with strategic goals. Dedication to achieving company goals will be critical to the success of your overall territory sales. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new sales opportunities with OEM's to increase Progressive Components market and customer base thru direct prospecting and/or following up on leads received.
- Function as Specification Specialist for OEMs, T1 Mold builders, and large Molders and provides training on System Monitoring.
- Participates in trade shows and industry events to build client target list, identifies key markets and establishes networks and contacts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred 10 years technical sales experience in molding/tooling industry Experience with strategic sales and account management Must have excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer communication skills required MS Office skills are a must0
