The ideal candidate will have:
- 10-20 years sales/management experience with asset-based carriers
- Intermodal knowledge - this position will be heavily based in reefer transport
- Demonstrated history of production and business development
- "Team oriented" leadership qualities
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree and CDL are preferred, but not required
