Join our Cardiac OR team as a nurse Lead where you will be responsible for the management and coordination of patient care within the Care Unit on a per shift basis. This is accomplished through implementation and integration of the nursing process, through assignment and supervision of appropriate staff and in coordination and collaboration with physicians. The Lead RN functions as the Care Unit expert and provides functional direction to members of the Patient Care team.
This is a 10 hour day shift position with call required.
Required Experience/Education/Specialized Skills/Qualifications:
3 years cardiac OR RN experience
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
Must be able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred Experience/Education/Specialized Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
5 years cardiac experience
