Per diem is defined as “by the day”. As a per diem clinician with Sadiant Health you can achieve work life balance with a flexible schedule working part time or full time. We offer both PRN and full-time assignments based on our customer and clinician needs.

Our clinicians are paid weekly and earn up to 20% more than traditional staffing agencies. We are looking for adaptable, teamwork-oriented, customer service driven RNs who are committed to providing the highest level of quality care to our patients. Our client located in the East Texas area is looking for ICU and Medsurg RNs with experience in an acute care hospital setting or LTAC.

Job Requirements

Valid RN Registered Nurse license in state or compact license
1+ years of experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Positive, caring and customer-service oriented attitude
Up to date immunizations
