Effectively executes research design components such as questionnaire writing, research execution, and report writing without supervision. Provides project leadership, makes appropriate work assignments within project team, and delegates project responsibilities efficiently. Effectively manages client relationship and project scope. Performs all duties according to project requirements and MaritzCX's Quality Management System to meet or exceed client expectations.
Annual project budget ranges in size. This position is not responsible for sales volume accountability. Small projects may require project leadership of 1-5 team members. Projects that are straightforward in nature, or moderate to high complexity will require guidance from senior staff. This role is responsible for maintain ongoing and ad hoc project for one or multiple clients. This role is responsible for one or more ongoing tracking projects.
REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This role reports to the Client Success Director. There may be 2-10 exempt and non-exempt positions that will report indirectly. This role works closely with the following business entities: Internal/External contacts: Internal: Takes direction from business/team leadership. Interfaces with production, Data Collection, Administration, Information Technology. External-Suppliers of project materials or data collection services. May be primary contact with client representatives.
PROJECT EXECUTION: (1) Manages program in its entirety ensuring quality/timing/productivity. (2) Develops/creates relationships with internal resources and/or vendors. (3) Analyzes data and communicates relevant study results (may be oral or written). (4) Ensures creation of client deliverables (written reports, spreadsheets, status reports, etc). (5) Ensures cost balancing and invoicing the project to the client. (35%)
DESIGN/LAUNCH ACTIVITIES: (1) Engages in client discussions regarding operational designs/proposed solutions. (2) Translates research design into appropriate research components through questionnaire writing, sample plan design, and analysis plan. (3) Responsible for project execution plans/DSD/WBS. (4) Communicates job specifications to IT and data collection staff. (5) Puts proper processes and controls in place to properly execute project according to design. (30%)
PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE: (1) Ensures team is maintaining appropriate project documentation and requirements per QMS guidelines. (2) Manages ongoing outside supplier relationships. (3) Manages project budgets and supplies forecasts. (4) Materials procurement, inventory and tracking as needed. (5) Travels to various areas for client meetings or to review and/or supervise research projects. (6) Ensures verification and validation of client deliverables. (7) Ensures verification and validation of data collection through data verification, audits and monitoring. (10%)
SALES SUPPORT: (1) Supports sales process through design, specification, and cost creation and provides input to pricing strategy. (2) Assists in writing components of proposals, including methodology/approach, operational design, schedule, costing. (3) Develops and maintains good relationships with clients. (4) Supports Account Managers for consultation or participating in the selling process. (25%)
- Minimum of bachelor's degree and
- 5+ years of experience designing, conducting, and analyzing Customer Experience (CX) programs.
