- Job Duties
Assists manager in the operation of fast food restaurant performing any combination of the following: Assigns duties to workers and schedules lunch and break periods during shift. Trains workers in restaurant policies, department procedures and job duties. Assists team members in preparation and serving of food, handling cash, etc. during busy periods. Listens to customer complaints and attempts to resolve problems to promote good public relations. Trains, develops and terminates (if necessary) hourly managers and team members in order to establish a team capable of achieving restaurant objectives. Maintains computer run and may order food, supplies and equipment as necessary. Prepares sales and inventory runs for computer. Balances cash drawers and makes deposits. Is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of restaurant during shift by seeing that established safety and sanitation procedures are implemented and adhered to. Inventories stock to identify shortages and recommends or reorders merchandise. Mediates and solves problems between team members. May work on any shift in restaurant to ensure efficient operation. May interview and recommend applicants.

- Work Environment: Indoors, heat from cooking equipment. Outdoor occasionally to inspect parking lot and exterior of building.
