- At least 3 years of restaurant manager, kitchen manager, sous chef, or kitchen supervisor experience in a high-volume restaurant OR a Bachelor's Degree with a couple of completed internships in restaurants
- Flexibility to work nights & weekends

- Ability to manage either the front-of-house or back-of-house
- Ability to multi-task and work well on a team
