A Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of restaurant, which included customer service, food preparation and cost and menu planning. Must be able to coordinate table turn, be clean and professional and have a high level of customer service, both internal and external.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, food service and/or culinary degree preferred. Prior food service and restaurant management with comprehensive knowledge of restaurant profit and loss analysis is required. Individual must have strong leadership and communication skills.
