RFP Production and Project Management: Tactically execute RFPs for the firm in Capital Markets (Public Finance, Institutional Sales & Trading) and others as needed. Strong project management and deadline-driven skillset needed.
Content Centralization: Utilizing the centralized data management system, this role would work with all levels of management within the departments to ensure that all content is current, legal, grammatically correct and updated as needed.
Team Player with an Eye to Detail: Regular communication with Head of RFP to identify issues and present new ideas. Maintain project statistics and administrative tasks to report to senior management. Cultivate relationships with key business partners and business leaders. Back up wherever needed.
Embedded branding: Understand the firm’s brand identity and differentiations; embed into RFPs appropriately and consistently.
Four-year degree, preferable focus in marketing/communications and/or investment management
A min of 3 years’ experience in RFP development/new business management, preferred
Financial services/asset management industry required
