Job Description Details:
We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department in Nampa, Garrity location, (4300 E. Flamingo, Nampa.)
As an RN at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. You will serve as a patient advocate by promoting their physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. You will also be expected to educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs.
About this Position: RN's working in the Emergency Department will care for all age ranges and varying ranges of acuity. We are a fast-paced department that thrives on teamwork and passion to provide excellent emergency care. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as an RN working in an emergency department and is a dedicated team player who loves to learn and truly enjoys their calling in emergency nursing.
- Demonstrated team, analysis, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills including medical record keeping
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people under adverse conditions
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire
