This position is located at The Estates at Roseville, located in Roseville Minnesota.
This position is for the NOC (Overnight) Shift.
The RN NOC Supervisor is responsible for the management and leadership of the facility. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN NOC Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well defined care delivery system.
Supervises and Manages RNs, LPNs and Na/Rs. Manages all Staff When in Charge of Building.
Facilitate the Comprehensive Care Planning
Process by collecting data about residents, assesses residents, applies knowledge to facilitate care planning, assists in development of care plan, implements care plan by assigning responsibility; uses standards of care and specific policies to perform nursing care duties for residents; ensures Safe Environment for Residents and Staff, follows proper infection control procedures, maintains safe clean environment in residents' rooms and facility, assures and participates in answering any and all call lights promptly and courteously. Completes charting, collects, gathers and documents data, facilitates physician orders, initiates, reports and documents nursing orders; administers medications accurately, signs out medications and treatments, obtains and transcribes Physician Orders, documents PRN's.
Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. Must have successfully completed an approved School of Nursing. Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider. Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of Minnesota Department of Human Services.
