* Provides direct bedside patient care on a unit that regularly staffs RNs on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.
* Assess patient's needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care based on patient needs and responses. Evaluates the patient's progress toward attaining expected outcomes.

South Lake Hospital is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in our Intermediate Cardiac Care Unit. Interested candidates will have the following...
* Graduate of an approved school of nursing
* Assumes responsibility for professional development and continuing educational.
* Meets all mandatory and developmental requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
* Maintains current RN license in the State of Florida
* Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
* ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required based on the appropriate certification for the patient population.
* Based on area of assignment, two years of RN experience may be required.
* GN's must present seating pass to take Florida State Board of Nursing Licensing Examination. GN title must be used on all documentation until successful completion of State of Florida licensing exam and may only be assumed for six months from date of graduation. Failure to successfully complete the State of Florida licensing examination on first attempt will result in removal from the RN Staff, (24/7) job.
