3 years of sales experience in investments (closing business, not account management).
Experience with investment properties required.
Direct home sales or construction sales is not required - if you're a closer, we want to talk to you!
Experience writing and negotiating deals.
Advanced selling skills and experience in managing a multifaceted process.
Excellent networking, follow-up, phone and client and prospect management skills.
Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and sales closing skills.
A desire to be a part of a growing business with long-term advancement opportunity.
Basic computer skills and CRM software experience.
