Sales Administrator Bilingual - Tampa, FL
Must be fluent in Spanish
Provide administrative support to the Regional Managers and staff. Ensure that the regional office is open and functional during business hours. Must be well organized, have the ability to work under limited supervision and be willing to perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Customer Communication via phone and written correspondence.
Great Plains call generation and administration.
CRM quotation assistance and back-up.
Service contract generation/distribution and maintenance.
Maintenance of Regional Home Page, SSI Portal and Calendar
Review, process and post sales booking/shipping reports.
Customer contracts/service estimate preparation and distribution.
Maintain Regional Absence logs (blue sheets).
Track/ship regional test equipment and parts.
Office opening/ closing / security systems responsibilities.
General office responsibilities to include mail, maintain supplies and office equipment, shipping, product literature, coordinating for meetings, events and guests.
