Our DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to work in a fast paced sales office providing administrative support to our sales team: answering phones, taking inquiries, making appointments, working with agreements, rooming lists and banquet event orders, assisting with events, and miscellaneous office tasks. Must have good communication and computer skills and be able to juggle many tasks at once. Strong computer knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must – with Delphi experience preferred. OnQ / Hilton Systems knowledge a major plus! Most importantly, must love guests and warm chocolate chip cookies!
