We are looking for a Sales Director with a strong work ethic, who works well in teams and individually, is organized and highly self-motivated that will join our team and help expand our market presence accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to increase and achieve sales targets and expand customer base while overseeing effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Initiate, make decisions and implement plan that will assure company’s market share growth and will build strong brand awareness
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Promote customer relationships to assure continued customer satisfaction
- Build and manage effective sales team
- Research and analyze the market, find and assess sales growth opportunities for the products
- Promote expanded business opportunities through new market research
- Assess risks and counteract them to assure sales growth opportunities for the business
- Monitor competition
- Develop strategy to increase distribution sales
- Provide overall account management to existing stocking distributors, national accounts and independent distributors.
- Work closely with Marketing Coordinator on sales initiatives
- Learn and understand product offer and its functionality
- Experience in Lighting Industry a must
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong understanding of project and product specifications
