As our Sales Incentive & Analysis Manager based at Panduit Headquarters in Tinley Park, IL, your primary mission will be to own the sales incentive compensation plan from creation to launch. You will review last year’s plan, lead the design of this year’s plan, gain the support of senior leadership, and articulate your rationale to the sales force. Your background in incentive compensation, systems, sales operation/analytics or finance will enable you to hit the ground running in this metrics-focused, numbers-driven position. Essential to this role will be your global awareness and knowledge of currencies and deferred compensation plans, which will allow you to bring world-wide Panduit sales professionals to the same playing field. Not only will you lead a process, but also you will additionally be responsible for directing a committee, collaborating between departments, and influencing key stakeholders to create a solution for a complex problem. Your affinity for creating solutions, as well as your focus and dedication, will bring the pieces of the puzzle together as you get closer and closer to devising a transparent, fair deferred compensation plan company-wide.
