ARS of Wilmington NC is looking for a Sales Manager- HVAC In-Home Sales Leader who is able to motivate, train and lead the Sales Team to success! Duties and Responsibilities ( including but not limited to) Work closely with GM to achieve revenue goals Drive Sales Force Manage and achieve budgeted goals Facilitate training for the sales representative, service technicians, and customer service representatives. Schedule meetings/coaching sessions each week with sales Education/Experience Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of strong operation and /or sales experience specifically in the HVAC Industry. Prior HVAC In-Home Sales experience preferred. Candidate must possess the ability to generate and monitor revenue at necessary margin levels and understand the sales process for HVAC service and replacement sales. Strong people management, interpersonal, public speaking and written communication skills are required. SUMMARY: Create, monitor, evaluate and implement the strategy to maintain and improve the Company?s sales volume and penetration in the assigned geographic area. This position is responsible for sales volume, expense control, market share and achievement of sales goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: ? Develops sales and marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, and profit and loss projections. ? Assures the successful launch of new segments and new channels by assuming responsibility for planning, promoting and introduction. Resolves channel conflicts. ? Assists in the preparation of Service Center annual budgets to support the sales and marketing functions related to residential plumbing, HVAC and other lines of business. Evaluates competitors? services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations. ? Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives. ? Assists management planning by contributing performance data through written reports and presentations. ? Develops a knowledgeable sales force in service lines by conducting and overseeing technical and business related in-house training. ? Analyzes sales incentive programs and provides direction for modification, as needed. ? Assists in marketing services by arranging for and participating in key exhibits, specialty shows, and field sales calls. ? Facilitates coordination of sales activity by acting as the liaison to other departments and functions. MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor?s degree in business administration, marketing or a related discipline is desired. Strong written and verbal communications/selling skills are required.
