Sales Operations Analyst, Go-To-Market & Sales

Position Summary
As a member of the Americas Sales Operations team within the GTM & Sales Organization, you will collaborate with sales to implement and manage innovative go-to-market strategies, plans, and programs that delight customers and drive growth in the mid-market phones teams.
Key focus areas will include planning, performance measurement, program management, and sales team operational support.
Responsibilities
Performance Measurement
- Work directly with Sales Management to provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
- Help drive productivity through lead enrichment, pipeline management, and innovative analytics
- Funnel analysis to drive a more efficient and predictable sales cycle
- Measure and monitor operating plan KPIs and success metrics across recurring revenue, bookings, and retention
Sales Team Operational Support
- Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and operational support to sales teams
- Programmatically mine and manage customer data to drive sales motions
- Assist with operating plans for sales teams, including account segmentation, compensation, and capacity modeling
- Help with quarterly reporting for business reviews
Sales Tools Automation
- Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
- Contribute to dashboard creation as well as identifying key sales metrics for display
- Capture best practices and implementation through knowledge sharing tools & collaboration
Requirements
Experience & Skillsets
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with an emphasis on sales, marketing, or analytics
- 2+ years of sales operations experience, ideally supporting b2b sales
- Technology experience preferred
- CRM Systems experience, including Salesforce and Anaplan
- Excellent data analyst; comfortable leveraging analytical tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel to analyze large and complex data sets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to a diverse audience
