Sales Ops Coordinator
The sales Ops Coordinator is a key role that supports outside sales and account management as well as acts as an interface with the marketing team. The primary focus of this role is to act as administrative support for the sales team with CRM and sales process management, run and analyze sales and marketing reporting and assist in client proposals by working to collect and format sales pricing.
The ideal candidate for this role is looking for an introduction to sales and marketing. Candidate should be highly organized as this role requires managing multiple projects and tasks, and interacting with multiple sales team members on a day to day basis.
- Sales Ops Ensure that all operational aspects of the AM role are completed to ensure proper deal execution. This includes contracting to follow up, paint, wallpaper, and owner contracting. follow up on Furniture lists from completed projects for potential sale and inventory management. Maintaining a changelog for operational changes that are made on-site from the PM team to ensure full project details are maintained.
- Marketing support: Interface with Marketing on campaigns, ensuring that marketing materials are in stock up to date. Work with marketing to share client data, listing info and updating reporting for sales presentations.
- CRM Data maintenance: In support of the sales and marketing team, the coordinator role is tasked with updates to CRM for contact management, prospecting lists, and marketing campaigns. This includes contact details such as address and email/phone, company/office info, and location as well as opportunity value. Research new markets and geographic opportunities. Detail competitive info by market segment and geography. Tasked with real estate market analytics reporting
- Finance: Tracking and accurate reporting of sales and marketing expenses to accounting to ensure budget management. Interfacing with vendor orders for supplies, print materials, as well as sales event coordination such as office presentations and meetings.

relationship/rapport building skills, and to create and maintain warmth on calls.
