BAO’s Sales Recruiter is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new recruiting leads to support BAO’s hyper-growth. Primarily, you will be responsible for developing excellent candidate pipeline for our Business Development roles in 2 of BAO’s locations.
Actions – what you will do:
· Generate and manage high quality candidate pipeline for our Business Development positions
· Source, screen and qualify candidates
· Work closely with hiring managers to grow our teams
· Manage the interview process of the candidates you develop
Knowledge and skills required:
· Strong track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing
· Experience in recruiting sales and/or business development positions
· Proficiency with CRM-type systems
Education/certification and experience required:
· 2+ years’ experience in high-volume recruiting
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· High energy
