Bigalli’s Sales Representative help us put our best foot forward and bring our customers one-step closer to ownership by leading the store’s sales and marketing function. As a Sales Rep, you will define the exceptional experience that drives our reputation and customer loyalty by serving as the brand ambassador for all Bigalli’s products. You will ensure team sales performance by selling merchandising, pricing and demonstrating exceptional people skills to foster new customer growth.
The territory is the Northern California area. Some travel is required.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry of fashion or apparel accessories sales is a must. We train our outside salespeople for a few weeks prior to them being on their own. After the training, the candidate will work from a home office.
The right candidate will receive fixed salary and commissions.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities with potential customers
- Create relationships with existing and former customers, showing them how they can depend upon you for product and support.
- Obtain sales orders from existing customers while continuously prospecting to expand client base.
- Work with existing and new accounts to maintain business and increase sales.
- Keep management systems duly updated with daily reports.
- Resolve customer complaints, take back returns, straighten inventory at customer’s location.
- Support every customer’s ownership goals by building authentic customer relationships that drive sales.
