Position: Sales Representative
Job Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Smart Document Solutions, Arizona’s leading Xerox Agency is seeking a results-driven sales professional to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable and motivated by selling for commissions, able to work independently, and showcase our offerings in a compelling way. It is essential that our sales reps be personable and professional.
SALES REPRESENTATIVES OBJECTIVES INCLUDE:
• Performing cost & benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Represent our company’s products and services by having a comprehensive understanding, and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs and requirements
• Develop and implement territory action plan and adjust sales techniques based on results in the field
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- Be comfortable working independently
- High-energy individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outside B2B sales experience highly preferred buy not required
- Strong desire and expectation to WIN, in a competitive field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows based applications
- SalesForce or other CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Consultative Sales experience

COMPENSATION: Base plus uncapped commissions. Base commensurate upon experience and qualification.
