- Under routine supervision, contact, sell and service assigned customers and prospective customers via the telephone, mail, fax or email.
- Selling is the primary function of this position.
- Process accepted orders, maintain accurate records, and provide the necessary follow-up. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products. Inform designated company sales personnel of possible leads, accepted orders and quotations.
- Update and maintain the customer computerized database.
- Contacts existing customers by telephone (via Predictive Dialer Technology; no cold calling) to communicate State and/or Federal regulation changes since last order (as well as new product introduction) and drive cross selling revenue.
- Dynamic, career mindset required; an individual needs to be open and willing to improve sales skills, adapt to a changing environment and be ready for increased responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers in company provided campaigns (no cold-calling!)
- Achieve key performance metrics for talk time, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage
- Achieve key Quality Assurance metrics for customer experience and sales accuracy
- Sends professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request
- Makes modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customer’s order

Shift: M-F 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. / 100% Remote - WORK FROM HOME!
