ASP is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst to lead it’s B2B customer digital experience journey. The candidate will play an important role working with the commercial teams and IT to implement, operate and drive adoption of our B2B eCommerce systems.
Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies:
+ Partners with business and technology to identify options for improving business systems and processes bridging the needs of the business and IT through the analysis and communication of requirements
+ Understands all aspects of Salesforce and/or B2B commerce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
+ Familiar with the design of Partner & Customer Communities using the Lightning Community Builder, Lightning Components – standard and custom, and also Visualforce and other tools where needed.
+ Maintains a high-level of familiarity with other IT system / business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points (i.e. ERP, Quality management system, etc.)
+ Collaborates with functional areas of the business and IT to identify, evaluate and implement new applications, business processes and technologies to drive business performance improvements
+ Participates in project meetings, design reviews, training, exercises, and other events as required in support of projects throughout the entire project management lifecycle
+ Coordinates project resources (including third party resources) to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
+ Experience analyzing, supporting, and implementing IT solutions for various operational business functions in a Business Analyst role. Experience with Sales teams preferred

Here’s what we’ll need from you:
+ Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, business, communications, information systems or related field)
+ Five years of experience administering a Salesforce instance or B2B commerce software (need not be SFDC) is required.
+ Previous experience working with Salesforce Community Cloud or B2B Commerce Cloud is preferred.
+ Operational experience in how a community is used – for external Partners and/or Customers is required.
+ Experience interfacing Salesforce with external systems (ERP - SAP, BI - Incorta) preferred
+ Agile / SCRUM experience preferred
+ End to end implementation experience including requirements documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication and change management
+ Working knowledge of programming languages and database architecture
+ Demonstrated experience working with global teams and supporting global business functions
+ Strong understanding of system design and system integrations.
+ Self-motivated team player with clear and effective communications skills; solid time management & organization skills; able to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience at all levels of the organization
+ Travel < 15%
