The Salesforce engineer contributes to AHF’s mission by delivering quality Salesforce application and/or service to multiple AHF departments, while staying within the predefined budget and timeframe. The end application or service will ultimately enhance the productivity and efficiency of patient care.
The engineer designs and delivers Salesforce.com features, including integration with 3rd party applications. The engineer analyzes highly complex requirements and develops high quality code with supporting unit test and automation tests. In addition, this role maps and loads standard object data into Salesforce. Also this role designs and develops workflows and assignment rules to automate manual processes.
The engineer serves as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex Salesforce environments. The engineer provides technical guidance and translates business requirements into technical requirements when working the Salesforce vendor.
Furthermore, the engineer administers, customizes and configures Salesforce features including but not limited to Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Objects, Fields, Record Types, Validation Rules, etc. to facilitate improvement in customer service and implements cost savings opportunities for AHF.
