Scrum Master 

Job Summary: Leads the design, facilitation, and training related to business and software development processes.

Duties:

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to understand and shape the definition of portfolio programs, assess progress/health and report metrics.
• Champion and foster project change management processes and procedures.
• Lead increment planning sessions to establish scope & build release plans.
• Drive Agile Team Maturity, Perform Metrics Analysis & Driving Improvement based on Trends.
• Coaching and Continuous Development of Product & Delivery in Agile Practices & Reinforcing Training  & Process.

Desired Skills/Experience: 

• Scaled Agile, Scrum Certification
