• Work with multiple teams to manage agile SCRUM process for development and engineering teams • Work with product owner to ensure requirements are understood and communicated• Decompose requirements into epics, stories, and tasks• Monitor and edit issue descriptions, acceptance criteria and labels• Organize and facilitate full cadence of meetings• Identify risks and risk mitigation strategies• Maintain release plan• Maintain Confluence and JIRA project• Edit technical documentation such as CONOPs and white papers• Communicate technical ideas and strategic plans to all levels of stakeholders
Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned staff. Directly supervises individual contributors in technical positions and/or entry level professionals. Estimates staffing needs, assigns work, recommends candidates for employment, makes recommendations for termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company policies. Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5- 7 years of experience and or a Master's with 3 - 5 years of experience.
• Administrator-level knowledge of Confluence and JIRA; Portfolio preferred • SCRUM Master experience implementing agile SCRUM with development and/or engineering teams to include backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily SCRUMs, retrospectives and demos• Experience working directly with product owner to understand requirements• Experience decomposing requirement into epics, stories, and tasks and creating or maintaining release plans• Monitor and edit issue descriptions, acceptance criteria and labels• Ability to identify risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies• Experience editing technical documentation
