- Review incoming order entry information for completeness, and request additional information from appropriate personnel.
- Route documents for technical and commercial review
- Prepare customer acknowledgment letters.
- Create and modify orders in Oracle Project Accounting and Order Management module.
- Research questions on existing orders, and assist others in understanding order entry requirements.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate will be able to:
- Type 40 words per minute and successfully complete a skills evaluation of appropriate software packages.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and other job-related office equipment and software.
