Red Oak Technology is seeking a Security Support Analyst for our client located in Sunnyvale, CA for a 12+ month contract position.
**Must be local candidate due to multiple onsite interviews**
- Troubleshooting Yubikey, service ticket resolution, guide the customer escalation team
- Discuss with customers and give advice on how to adhere to policy based on customer needs.
- Main DRI for the customer service queue, and first line of defense for triage.
- Support Analyst / coordination / service ticket resolution
- Be point of contact for multiple project teams requesting application assessments
- Manage each assessment/service request, track the progress, assign technical resources - Analyze, research, relay and present to customers and management
