Elephante is a rooftop restaurant overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Santa Monica. The food and beverage program at Elephante are influenced by the Mediterranean.
The ideal candidates will possess strong cooking, expediting, inventory and communication skills, be passionate about cooking and local food systems.
Candidates should be experienced line cooks that are eager to learn, dedicated, energetic, hardworking and reliable. An acute attention to detail, organization and a passion for the industry are a must. Candidates must be professional, able to become part of a team, and have a desire to learn and grow.
Elephante is currently hiring experienced LINE COOKS, PREP COOKS, DISHWASHERS AND PIZZA COOKS.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous 3-4 years experience in a high-volume dining restaurant required.
• Must have Open Availability (AM & PM) & be able to work on weekdays, weekends, & holidays.
• Food Handlers Card
