We directly interact with sellers to improve their experience, and help make home selling quick, easy, and painless. We explain the options of working with an investor, an agent, or for sale by owner and would love for you to join us as we set the course for the future of home selling.
Seller Success Specialists are the single point of contact for sellers. We guide and coach our sellers through this new and easier process of selling your home. We help set expectations, answer questions, and coordinate with service providers. They have fantastic interpersonal skills and use them to help sellers achieve their goals. As a Seller Success Specialist, you are also part of a larger team that values your customer expertise to help shape products decisions—we’ll look to you to help document customer needs and identify technical issues for the supporting product development teams. We value collaboration, enthusiasm, and energy, along with a commitment to ensuring quality service and operational performance.
About the team
Do you love interacting with people and are passionate about the evolving real estate industry? Are you a quick moving self-starter? The Seller Success Team is a tight knit team that helps enable a new way of selling homes. We are a trusted partner to sellers and constantly available to answer their questions and help explain their selling options. We proactively phone, text, or email sellers to make sure that we help them meet their goals. Tools that we frequently use include:

We can hear your smile from here! You are enthusiastic, helpful, organized, detail oriented, and most importantly, focused on helping customers achieve their goals. You are comfortable with constantly-evolving processes and a self-starter. You are also a big fan of collaboration and are excited by sharing what you’ve learned with others. You have:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- See customer service as vital to the success of an organization
- A quick and flexible learner
- Excellent problem solving skills with a technical aptitude
