University Health System Corporate Communications Team is looking for Sr. Administrative Assistant with previous healthcare experience to work in the Biomedical Department.

Coordinates and performs complex activities relating to the daily operations of the department, specifically in the areas of procurement, financials, contracts, inventory, and dispatch. Assists with process improvement and other special projects as assigned. Facilitates communication and serves as a liaison between department and key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Bachelor degree in a business related field or four years of Sr. Administrative Assistant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of experience in a healthcare environment is required.
