Prospect and close new salons to meet quarterly goals and grow the Authentic Beauty Concept salon base in the assigned geographic territory Maintain an ongoing list of new customer acquisition targets in the pipeline at all times by working with distribution partner sales team members in the assigned region Develop and Maintain business relationships with Key Market accounts and implement business plans to secure the Authentic Beauty Concept Brand’s long-term success. Increase overall territory growth through Distributor Sales Leader partnership and ongoing value-add approach with distribution partners Customize long-term business development plans for the prospective and existing salons to create loyalty and continued growth for the brand Manage time, resources, and budgets for overall territory in a responsible and effective manner as well as manage and develop the sales team for the brand Support Trade Shows as well as Distributor Sales Meetings throughout the assignedQualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, cosmetology license preferred
5-7 years sales experience
Experience managing a team of direct reports
Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Salesforce
Will require 75-80% travel throughout the market
