You'll work with our CVP, Chief of Staff, Directors, people managers and Human Resources to build a smart, collaborative, and diverse team that's the envy of engineering teams everywhere. You'll partner with other leaders to invent and drive programs from concept to experiment and into reality. Example programs from the last year include: + Trips to hire diverse international candidates + Personal and career development programs for new employees just out of college + Mentoring programs for team members of all levels & disciplines + Workshops, panels and training curricula for People Managers + New parent support programs and policies + Leadership skills training to help employees recognize and mitigate non-inclusive behaviors This role provides the perfect mix of team development, technical depth and personal impact executed through a broad charter. The job is half anthropology and half program development. You'll study how team members thrive in a vibrant and highly technical environment and learn what prevents them from achieving their full potential. In response, you'll exercise generous creativity devising programs that address the needs of our team and enhance our business results. You'll work with every discipline - including user research, design, product management and engineering - to build programs that enrich every team member's experience.
