The Business Process Manager (BPM) manages the relationship with the business, helping the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) establish priorities and IT alignment with our business partners on backlog prioritization and strategy. The BPM is an IT subject matter expert & liaison to the business, communicating priority and leading the technical team on project/change requests and day-to-day operations. The selected candidate's primary responsibilities for this position include understanding the business model and the HR data warehouse application, as well as managing the daily activities of the delivery team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support. The candidate will be required to produce project plans, host requirements gathering and analysis sessions. He/she will ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets and schedules. He/she will network well with internal and external stakeholders, conducts interviews and gathers data for analysis. He/she will be tasked in the preparation of mock-ups / PoCs and creation of the Business Requirements Document (BRD) for the HR Business Analytics Applications. The candidate will be responsible for overall coordination, execution and end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and break-fix activity. The selected candidate will be an active participant in Business Partner staff meetings and Department Project Review meetings; this position is within ICT supporting Human Resources.
