Looking for a collaborative, dynamic Senior Designer with expertise in both digital and print, who will be responsible for translating business strategies into elevated design solutions and marketing campaigns that support our brand vision. Must be skilled in developing concepts and managing design assets for multiple platforms and channels, from concept to final execution.
This position reports to the Brand Creative Lead and supports the Marketing team, which is responsible for overall strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for the Jos A. Bank division of Tailored Brands.
•Effectively collaborate with creative lead, art directors, copywriters and other brand stakeholders to develop strategic creative solutions for the MW brand
•Familiarity with working from creative briefs to insure clarity and meaning before execution
•Conceptualize and design digital site assets, promotional campaigns, print collateral and in-store marketing materials, photography, logos, and other retail initiatives
•Create and evolve brand guidelines, pattern libraries, design templates, etc.
•Assist Art Director and Designers in reviewing, revising, and approving color proofs
•Participate in brainstorming sessions, discussions and reviews
•Work with digital production artists to assist in high quality execution of projects

Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience
•6+ years design/art direction experience
•Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and ability to deliver unique, strategic creative solutions
•Excellent design skills with expert knowledge of layout, color, typography, and messaging hierarchies
•Experienced in digital and print design, from concept through final production
•Photo art direction and conceptualization skills a plus
•Experience with photoshoot production, editing of selects, and managing image retouching a plus
•High level of initiative and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
•Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
•Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, along with keen attention to detail
•Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
•Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
•Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch
Physical and Mental Requirements:
•Ability to work for prolonged periods of time while operating computer and telephone equipment
•Ability to see and distinguish colors and focus vision to review print production materials and other creative team deliverables
•Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete and conceptual variables
•Ability to interpret and apply a wide variety of instructions and creative direction whether in written, oral, or visual format
